With the Email Builder, you can quickly and easily write professional emails to your contacts. By selecting the contact, relationship status, and email topic, a pre-written template will be automatically generated for you, which you can customize and send.

Select or Create Contact
Choose an existing contact from your address book, or create a new contact if you haven’t saved them yet.
Choose Relationship Status
Indicate how well you know the contact by selecting the appropriate relationship status.
This helps determine the tone of the email.
Select Email Topic
Decide what your goal for the email is, and choose a suitable email topic — for example: Request, Thank You, Follow-Up, etc.
Automatic Template
Based on your selected relationship status and email topic, a suitable email template is automatically inserted.
Please note: this template is only a starting point. You’ll need to customize personal details like name, company, or other relevant information to make the email fit your situation.

Sending Options
If desired, you can enable the option “Send me a copy” to receive a copy of the sent email.
Replies to the email will go directly to the email address you used when registering, not back to LOFT.
