Job Tracker

At this stage, you save interesting job listings that you want to remember, review in more detail later, or consider applying for. You haven’t applied yet—you’re just keeping the listing in sight for future action.

You’ve submitted your application for a job and are now waiting for a response from the company.

You’ve already applied and want to track whether there are any updates or next steps. For example, if you plan to send an email asking about your application status, you would move the job listing to this stage.

You’ve been invited to an interview. Make sure to prepare thoroughly—any important information and notes you've saved will help you present yourself clearly and confidently.

This stage indicates that you’ve received a job offer—after applying and possibly completing an interview.

In this final stage, the application process is over: you’ve either accepted or declined the job offer. No further steps are required.
